I live in a rural neighborhood filled with retirees. As a young retiree myself, I plan to offer rides to my neighbors to the SSA office. Our nearest offices are both about 30 miles away. Many of the older folks up here don’t feel safe driving any farther than the grocery store or doctor’s office.
