Women losing their original name is an outdated practice. But so is marriage in general. A lot of people get married several times so it's not like the vows actually mean anything. So don't get married at all and you avoid this problem.

I use SPF-10 on regular sunny days in my home state, but if I'm at the beach or in Texas/Arizona I always use Blue Lizard SPF-50. I swear by Australian sunscreen.

As a darker skinned person, this needs to be signal boosted. We are protected from burns, but not permanent skin damage. SPF-10 is a lifesaver.
