USPS serious reforms. That is without question. Most mail I get is junk mail and I only check my mail if I get a picture of mail that’s important or once a week to empty the trash. Can the majority of people seriously say they need delivery more than 2 or 3 days a week?

For 95% of us. The wealthy often get assets like stock options they don’t pay taxes on until they execute the options or die. They want to eliminate the estate tax completely so they don’t pay even then. The use the stock as collateral to get very low interest loans to live off of.
