I went to a talk by their current CEO and he's pretty with it. One of the best examples he gave was "Why do we have 10x the number of WWII books on the shelf compared to WWI books". He also talked about giving employees a career path instead of milking them for ever last minute

This is like taking a walk and knowing that all of your joints are moving and the blood is flowing. It's a low impact exercise for your drinking/filtering organs. We all know there is a difference between deleting a few Lite beers at a tailgate and having 6 cocktails on the couch.
