Does she know why Ds leave Schumer in leadership after the CR debacle, or why @reed.senate.gov still votes to confirm Trump nominees like Elbridge Colby?

Oooh, an article where Brooks castigates the right and ponders his own complicity in where we are! Aaaand… he’s blaming the left by about a quarter in.

Haven’t they learned from the Colangelo fiasco that if a reporter asks for comment prior to publication, and the accounts immediately go dark/private, you are effectively confirming their story?

Also, isn’t it *worse* that you added this supposed bottom-feeder to your imminent war plans chat?

Still puzzled about the “expensive” assertion. Aren’t most accounts free? I would love it if a bank had a good mobile app, let young folks open a checking & savings (w/ decent rate), and it was quick (still takes too long), but there are no fees in the US, right?

Just confirming you made sure you had others cover your ass so you could vote no on cloture last week, got it. We see you.

Cracks in the dam. Time to take a side, @whitehouse.senate.gov & @reed.senate.gov.

I’m in Amsterdam headed to Bruges, if you want a day trip! I will probably be at Nx conf this year, let me know if you’re also headed that way.

Happy you all voted no, but we need you & @whitehouse.senate.gov in the senate specifically to exact a cost from Schumer. Otherwise, we have to assume he’s right that he’s in sync with the caucus.

Agreed, but how do you deal with complaints from devs about setting up GitLFS (assuming you commit pngs to the repo), and the merge conflicts that result when someone on the team messes it up?

This kind of ratio should trigger an automatic recall election.

Reed in RI is a no on cloture, but I don’t see a statement from @whitehouse.senate.gov and I only get voicemail.

Thank you Senator, but this comes after @schumer.senate.gov already signaled defeat. Unless you can change some minds of the 8 yes votes, or Schumer pays some cost from Ds, it all feels a bit coordinated (still happy you’re a No on cloture, though).

At least Jeffries got all but one of his caucus to vote No. Schumer is the real coward here.

Are you watching this @chrislhayes.bsky.social interview with @alsobrooks.senate.gov? She said they're voting no on cloture, as I hear it.

Do you know what the senate's plan is? Are they voting no on cloture on the CR?

When is the senate cloture vote? I got voicemail from Sen. Whitehouse's DC office this evening.

A typo? Seems to be, “Eilis Frawley”.

We need more from you, @amo.house.gov & @magaziner.house.gov. You should see the outpouring of support for your colleague who did something, even if it didn’t meet some traditional decorum standard.
