If members of the WH Press Corp don’t ask this question RELENTLESSLY they should turn in their badges.

We are all paying for the Supreme Court’s near-total immunity ruling written by John Roberts that’s unleashed Trump and convinced him he can do anything without consequences.

It’s especially galling that AG Pam Bondi personally wrote the memo approving the gift of the Qatari airplane. Her last job was as a lobbyist for Qatar! efile.fara.gov/docs/6415-Ex...

Every book published in the United States is sent to the Library of Congress. Also, if you are under 16 you cannot use the reading room or order books.

Donald Trump’s tariffs are bad for the economy—repost if you agree.

15 years ago the Supreme Court decided corporations are people under the First Amendment. Today, billionaire political spending is up 160-fold since that ruling. Citizens United is among the worst decisions in history. It corrupts our system every day.

If I were Judge Xinis, I would order the government to produce, in her courtroom, officials who were in a position to answer her questions and to do so under oath. Letting DOJ continue to prevaricate and deflect responsibility in written submissions seems ... insufficient at this point.

The long-lasting damage this regime is causing is just STUNNING

This is absolutely horrifying. People can't afford to file Habeas petitions. And how is anyone going to enforce that this actually happens? And what about the people there that did NOT get due process?

One man just wiped out $10 trillion in wealth, is destroying centuries-old legal protections, and seems determined to unravel humanity’s greatest public health achievement. In 3 months. I don’t know how we get out of this. But if we do, one person can never have that kind of power again.

Paul Weiss: We are pathetic. Skadden: Hold our beer.

Wilmer Hale should tell Trump to go to hell. So should Jenner. History will not be kind to the cowards at Paul Weiss nor any other firm that collaborates with Trump to destroy the rule of law.

When they lie the bombing plans were not classified, take hostage visa holders because they said something they didn’t like, remove people with tattoos to an El Salvador prison without due process…they are telling us they reject the rule of law and embrace a fascist future as a pariah state.

What was dumber: including a journalist on a signal chat about your bomb plans or then calling that journalist “bottom scum” while he still had the screenshots available to publish as your colleagues were already committing perjury

I salute the many Deans who signed this statement. At the same time, as a law professor I am embarrassed by the unwillingness of so many others, especially most of those at the top of the usual ranking lists, to join what strikes me as roughly the bare minimum of what should be collectively said.

Hegseth, Waltz and company texting war plans to a reporter on signal is just the tip of the iceberg. This whole administration is full of incompetent, inexperienced, and unqualified clowns. Our national security is compromised in ways we’re just beginning to understand.

Rodney Taylor is a beloved Georgia barber who came to the United States from Liberia with his mother when he was only two years old. He applied for citizenship but was denied. But this year, ICE arrested him, locked him up, and has scheduled him to be deported to a faraway country he's never known.

I like this idea

Fresh off claiming Trump’s bullshit “war” allows them to ignore habeas corpus, snatch people off the street, and ship them to a foreign gulag without due process, they’re now claiming it also allows them to ignore the Fourth Amendment. www.nytimes.com/2025/03/20/u...

This breaks my heart. My salary at St. Jude was paid through our comprehensive cancer center grant. My wife's oncologist is at a comprehensive cancer center. Millions of children and adults with cancer get treatment in these 57 centers around the country. These are essential locations for research.🧪

Schumer needs to quit. He’s useless. Completely clueless.

If we are deporting all men who have extremist tattoos without hearings, this dude would be in El Salvador by now.

Murphy: "If we continue to observe norms, if we continue to engage in business as usual, this democracy could be gone. I don't think we have a year to save American democracy. I think the way the president is acting ... puts out democracy at immediate risk."

Murphy: "This is not a normal political fight. What Trump is doing right now is absolutely insidious. He is every single day acting unconstitutionally, he is trying to destroy the rule of law ... this to me is a moment where we need to be restraining POTUS's power, not giving him new authorities"

Musk doesn’t care. Neither do Trump and all his supporters. Even the ones who profess to be devout Christians.

If Vladimir Putin had a plan to foul our air and water, wreck public health and drive America over the cliff of irreversible lethal climate change, it would look exactly like Lee Zeldin’s plan. This is a plan for self-inflicted environmental disaster. www.theguardian.com/us-news/2025...

@raskin.house.gov

Pro tip for Democrats: if Trump is congratulating you, you fucked up.

It took since 1887 to build up the greatest biomedical research apparatus in the world. It’ll take a few ignorant dickheads a few months to tear its heart out.

Correct

I think some in the Senate have convinced themselves that the backlash to folding will be limited to “the left” and therefore ignorable. Those people are deeply and profoundly misreading the moment and the stakes. Virtually every swing district House Dem walked the plank to vote NO for a reason.

It’s been an awful long time since I’ve seen a man less made for a moment than @SenSchumer.

"Privately, House Democrats are so infuriated with Schumer’s decision that some have begun encouraging [AOC] to run against Schumer in a primary."
