The problem for the R’s was that the public seemed to prefer the D approach.
It was Newt (perfect name) Gingrich and his cohort that decided that the way to win in the long term was to deny the problem existed and to invent imaginary problems which only they could solve. And here we are. 2/

We’re probably about the same age. I remember when Democrats and Republicans could work together because they could agree on what the problem was but favored different solutions. The D’s favored government action while the R’s favored market incentives for private actors to fix the problem. 1/

The only way Vance could “pass it back to” him is if he were Vance’s VP. The Constitution requires that the VP be someone who is eligible to be President, which he wouldn’t be, having already served two terms.
If the plan is for the Supreme Court to negate the two-term limit, why not just run again.

Thiel’s right. The most recent examples of a perfectly free libertarian society were Idi Amin’s Uganda and Pol Pot’s Cambodia: in each, one person with absolute freedom.

Do these Musk ”aides” actually have any legal authority to take over an agency’s computer system? Is this based on an Executive Order?

I like 12 for this reason: The fact that teams 9-12 went out so decisively means teams 13-16 can just STFU about being “overlooked.”

Having a boozehound on the Supreme Court is working out so well, seems like having one in the Cabinet might be a plus.

Why is Mangione supposed to be the Left’s? His reading and listening material was pretty ecumenical, and there are easily as many on the Right with grievances against health insurers.

Syria is of huge strategic importance to his Russian friends having provided their only naval base on the Mediterranean. Does the dumbass not know this?
Does it not occur to him and his Apocalyptic Christian Zionist friends that gaining influence in Syria might be strategically beneficial to us?

The left is afraid of “disrupters” who will administer the destruction of the USA in just the way Putin imagined when he recruited Trump and all the other fanboys like Mike Flynn, Elon and fangirl Tulsi.

While we appreciate you and others who will continue to hold Trump to account, it’s sadly obvious that the inhabitants of the MAGAverse will believe everything he says and continue to support him in the destruction of our great nation.

My mistake, I knew that, but AG Bondi would be unlikely to reign in Director Patel.

Biden should, without delay, issue blanket pardons for all members of the House Jan. 6 Committee, Special Prosecutor Jack Smith and all members of his staff, and Hillary Clinton and the hosts of most late night shows for good measure.
Picking Kash Patel for AG signals clear intent to go them all.

Great idea. Then Russia and China can convene the Security Council and authorize the entire world to declare war on the US.
