"Real Republicans" like the ones who illegally bombed Cambodia? Or like the "real Republicans" who financed fascists in Chile? Or maybe like those "real Republicans" who funnelled weapons to Iran in order to pay for death squads in Nicaragua? These people have always been this way.

You don't think following George W. Bush into a disasterous war in Iraq over lies, to the tune of trillions of dollars of debt, most of which ended up as profit in the pockets of military industrialists whose taxes he cut, and all the while torturing people, made you the bad guys, is that right? 🙄

You are clueless. You are right-wing. You want to find areas of compromise and cooperation with fascists. These politics are worthless to me. We're done here.

Trump already profitted from this when RFK dropped out of the election and endorsed him. Trump promised him that he could "run wild" and that is what he is doing. For RFK, it is self-indulgence and delusion, nothing more. He is a rich man who is used to people tolerating him in his idiocy.

Pretty late in the game for Republicans to start talking about "the truth" as if reasoned, factual, discourse is anything they value or believe in. Mike Pence believes the universe was created in 144 hours and that the Earth is 10,000 years old.

It is pointless to look for space for "compromise and bipartisanship" when one of your parties is an openly White Nationalist Christofascist party that is not a good-faith partner in democratic governance. Your politics are worthless.

"The enablers?" You mean the entire Republican Party? Do you mean the 70 million people, including 66% of all enlisted servicemen, who voted for him? Do you mean the Supreme Court? Do you mean all of the executives, and employees, of Newscorp and Newsmax? Better start training headsmen...

You've got it all wrong. Putin isn't giving anything to the American people or to Ukraine. However, Putin is probably wiring money into one of Trump's offshore accounts as we speak.

You have nothing to say that interests me. I'm blocking you now.

The Political Left: "I want everyone to have access to food, shelter, clothing, education, and recreation" The Political Right: "I want to kill Blacks, Jews, Gays, and Mexicans." You: "I can't tell the difference between these two"

It's too bad Brazil doesn't employ capital punishment. There is truly nothing wrong with Bolsonaro that can't be fixed with a firing squad.

100% on brand, though.

We could have had this guy as the President but the DNC won't let us have nice things.

It's pretty far out to consider that Brazil has stronger democratic institutions than the US. But, there it is.

Funnily enough, it was your post (and the earlier departure of Keith) that convinced me to do it. Where is Keith, by the way?

I hear you. Inertia, more than anything else has kept me there but it has become impossible to deny just how repulsive Mark Zuckerberg really is.
