Yeah I think Leslie's pretty spot on - I just started back up again after like 8 years from scratch. I sent a DM if you had any other questions 😊

This could be why it's LL demand. Rough queue combined with the feedback loop we've noticed in the parks. Standby rope-drop runs to rides that end up long, this makes the wait go up fast, LL people grab those, they run out, perpetuates the demand, park strategy sites report on this, rinse repeat.

Also - the JC standby line is long, packed, tightly looped, and outside. It's covered... but again - pirates offers a better queue. It's confusing from a convenience standpoint.

Perhaps it's because it's a 9 min "sit and vibe" ride with lots to look around at for kids... but Pirates is 8.5 AND inside.. Looking at the app today JC is four times the wait of Pirates. This is a good day for MK too as 7 Dwarfs is only 45.

Jungle Cruise has been such a long wait time since we moved here 4 years ago and in that four years since being passholders we've only ever ridden it one time (also our only time). We can't figure out why it's such a high demand ride.

Quality's not bad! I've got it open on both - desktop is great - just need to zoom around a bit on mobile but it's good! I know what you mean tho... 😅

I can’t believe you’re already at OMWF!! I’ve been listening along for so long now and I’m still a few episodes behind (I listen while I draw) So excited for this episode 🥰😍 I can’t wait. I’ll need to put out some more Buffy art soon! Y’all keep up the good work!

I used to use it as a quick way to share art without save clutter... but it's bugged. Spread the word!

So I was JUST texting with a friend right now about how I strongly advise against screenshotting artwork on an iOS device right now to share as a finished product. There's a screenshot bug oversaturating the final output. Ruining any subtle shading. Left is a screenshot - right is save to photos.

Additional tip:
The drawing guide is optional... it's not there to lock pixels into place just as a visual grid guide. I often turn it off because I prefer less visual clutter. It still places 1 pixel at a time since that's the size of the canvas/brush.
Just have fun! This thread is a hot mess 😂

You now have a full resolution version of your pixel art while also keeping a separate original pixel file of that artwork. Save in whatever format works best. I do my full resolution file sizing this way as just selecting "crop and resize" does not scale the OG pixel art appropriately.

Once it's pasted I use the selection tool to stretch it out to fill the canvas. Make sure "nearest neighbor" is selected as the scaling option!! I drag it to the top corner and make sure it's locked in to both top and left edges (yellow line indicators). Drag to fit the canvas fully.

This is just how *I* make a full size final version. After my art is where I feel it's finished I create a flattened final layer. I copy that layer for pasting into a full sized file. I create a canvas the size I would like the final to be (7in x 7in in this case) - then paste the image.

Once I have my drawing guide lines I can begin my pixel art. I have four different brushes (happy to share) that I use. 1st is a basic precise 1px brush. 2nd has more variation great for scribbling. 3rd is a large brush for thick lines or blocking in. 4th is a sketch brush for shading.

First I set up a canvas size - I use an odd number because I like a center pixel line for the character art I do. This canvas is 103px by 103px. Do whatever size works for your art. I turn on a drawing guide and edit the guide lines to be 1px. I make sure the guide is properly lined up.

To my knowledge there's no official way to make pixel art in Procreate but this is what works for me. It's a wonderful art program for traditional illustration/drawing. I've just made it work for what my Pixel Art needs are. I know pixel art software exists - just an option for Procreate

And as far as isometric yeah! There’s great drawing guides for different perspectives! I’m actually working on some theme park related isometric drawings right now 😅

Hey Doug! Doug here. Yeah I’ve had a lot of good experience with pixel art on Procreate. You kind of have to make it work for you but once you have it set up it works perfectly. Pretty new to pixel art myself. Send me a DM and I can go over how I set it up. I’ve not used any other pxl programs yet.

I'd like to redesign Snow White's "icon" but overall I liked the way she came out with a bit darker vibes than the others. #art #illustration

Rio’s card was also one I changed to better reflect the show. Also changed the color of the flowers to reference specific characters.
