It’s been a year since I yeeted my uterus and, thus, a year without periods. Let me tell you - it’s a great life not having to deal with a menstrual cycle, especially with my endometriosis. Sterilization for the win!!!

"Why you trying to be weird?" My gentle gremlin, if you had any idea how much runtime I spend trying NOT to be weird

Your immune system isn't a Tamagotchi that dies if you don't play with it. "Immunity debt" is a marketing term to make you blame yourself instead of bad policy. Getting sick constantly isn't normal — it’s a public health failure.

I see the Dems are starting to listen to those of us in the progressive wing... please continue to do so! Every weekend they should be everywhere, talking to the American people.

I'm sorry but people really have to stop pretending that individuals being mean to other individuals "causes" fascism. NO. Oppressors have oppress marginalized people AS A KEY COMPONENT OF FASCISM. There's just a lot of confusion in the land and we need clarity.

This beautiful picture is from Toronto. This week. Not 2022, not 2021. 2025. Covid is still ongoing. It never ended. If your event doesn't have a mask requirement it isn't accessible or inclusive & puts others at risk.

“Kids are not okay. Repeat COVID infections can affect children’s brains, hormones, and immune systems. The myth of “mild in kids” is harmful.”

Good news ahead! I just spoke with my CDC sources: RFK Jr. has ordered bird flu testing for both symptomatic and asymptomatic workers following my expose. CDC staff thanked me for exposing the truth.

Imagine if instead of banning employees from masking, huge corporations like Starbucks would offer paid time off, clean the air and encourage customers to mask up. They could even provide free respirators at the door. Their employees would be healthier, happier and more productive.

New York mask ban update: Our advocacy efforts are working! Gov Hochul is failing at convincing lawmakers to include a proposal that criminalizes masking in the budget, and some legislative officials predict it will be dropped from budget talks as negotiations drag on. Keep calling your electeds!

Just heard a drug dealer refer to themself as “Perc-ules” and I gotta say, I really like that one.

“When you look at the US and see easily-prevented infectious diseases getting out of control, oligarchs stealing everything that's not nailed down and a lot that is, and workers stomped into the mud - if you like what you see, then spend your money at Starbucks. But if you don't - then don't.”

We are at least 4-5 stanzas deep in the “first they came for…” poem and there are still not enough people speaking out

Public pressure and outcry works! Panda Express reversed their employee mask ban policy after people started organizing to boycott the fast food chain. Never doubt that your voice matters. Use it wisely and speak out against injustice.

If these abductions do not push every single one of you to question the existence of immigrant "detention" centers and the conditions of ALL prisons and jails, then you are really doing life wrong. Conditions in detention, jails, and prisons in the U.S. ARE TERRIBLE. They are awful every single day.

When you vilify disabled people and let ableism run rampant… this is what happens. Disabled individuals are not safe in the US. There should be significant public outcry over this… but too many people believe we’re expendable.

The US is trying to ban masks, mRNA vaccines, dismantle healthcare and social supports and arranging to keep lists of people with autism (and possibly other disabilities). This is not how you tackle the chronic illness epidemic. This is how you begin a nationwide eugenics program.

I wear a mask because #COVID is serious, it’s not a mild virus. It might seem mild to some but the post infection risks last years. These are serious risks of blood clots, heart damage, diabetes, lung problems, gastrointestinal and neurological amongst others. There should be a huge public health 🧵

Starbucks forbidding employees to mask unless they have a doctors note. Not everyone can access medical care. Doctors notes aren’t as easy as they seem. Everyone deserves the right to protect their health. Limiting it only to people who are already sick is bad policy that promotes infection

A US citizen with a learning disability who has just suffered a medical emergency asks a CBP officer for directions outside the emergency room. He ends up detained in an icebox for ten days and has the assistant secretary of DHS lying about him to the public at large. popular.info/p/us-citizen...

Texas and New York are both pushing mask bans. What can you do? Call or email your elected officials. Don’t live there? Call the tourism board & tell them you won’t visit any State that criminalizes masks. You can also wear a mask. It’s never too late. More masking makes them harder to ban.

Just gonna make this clear! You aren't taking from other people when you buy a mobility or disability aid. Use what you need when you need it. Every level of disability deserves support. For example, you wouldn't say you won't get glasses because others need it more.

god this shit is blood boiling

I would like to know less about Shannon Sharpe

Huge shoutout to everyone this is what a global boycott looks like. Tesla just reported a staggering 71% drop in profits compared to Q1 of 2024. It’s working. Keep the pressure on.

Just witnessed a guy on the bus take hand sanitizer and apply it to his asshole. Then he casually just went back to holding onto the hand straps. Wash you hands yall.

If you’re too big of a baby to wear a mask, just say that. Awww poor wittle baby can’t handle a wittle mask. Be a man, wear a fucking mask.

Ok once again I am loving the Pitt so much but so help me god if I see one more interview where a cast member says “back in Covid.” We. Are still. In Covid.

As a person who has studied history, an autism registry is a five alarm fire.

I’m sorry, but I will never not see this emoji as a movie camera: 🫂

“SARS-CoV-2 is not just a virus. COVID is not just a pandemic. It’s an aperture, a breach in the fabric of our shared reality. It makes things visible. And once you see it — really see it — you can’t unsee anything.” This. Once you step out of the denial bubble, you really can’t go back in:

Israel has chosen to end the lives of tens of thousands of women and children, and to them—and their Hannibal Directive—it does not matter whether the victims are Palestinian or Israeli, journalist or nurse, child or woman. They remind me of a particular country in 1940.

Ableism & eugenics 🤝 anti-mask & anti-vaxx ideology If you want to distance yourself from #ableism, #eugenics, anti-maskers and anti-vaxxers as much as possible, an easy way to do this is to wear a mask in public spaces It’s not too late to start again if you’ve stopped #WeAreStillinApandemic

Imagine if there had been a massive campaign for masks in airports + on flights by promoting "don't ruin your holiday by catching COVID". Such a simple idea. No-one wants to be ill on holiday. My sister goes on holiday tomorrow & I can't even suggest that she wears a mask without seeming 'extreme'

New study by PolyBio shows significant biological changes after a Covid infection. These changes can impact metabolic, vascular & immune system. They also found cancer associated epigenetic changes. Well worth a read, and a good reminder to mask back up!

That we know of

A CDC source, in tears, revealed: That RFK Jr. has ordered them not to publicize bird flu symptoms in exposed workers. Not to test them. Not to speak. They know people are getting sick. And they’re being forced to stay silent. This is not just a cover-up. It's cruelty.

I’ve got a “friend” who had Covid twice during pregnancy & baby was born with complications. Not even 8 months old and has been sick many times. They live where there’s an active measles outbreak, so I suggested masking. I was told “you and masks! I just want to cough on you!” People are not ok.

1/ As someone who has lived with Long COVID for half a decade, & who has experienced the manufactured stigma, lack of access to medical care, gaslighting by unmasked doctors, & government denial of an ongoing pandemic -

An international study estimates that 1 in 20 of the human population has #LongCovid It's not Rare! And #COVIDisNotOver - So the numbers will grow... ann-clinmicrob.biomedcentral.com/articles/10....

179 experts. 28 countries. 1 message: Long COVID is real, multi-systemic, and devastating. It affects over 400 million people. And we're not prepared. New global consensus just dropped. link.springer.com/content/pdf/10… 🧵

One of the best ways you can help disabled people and fight fascism is by wearing a mask. Representation and visibility matter. When you wear a mask you tell us you care about making public spaces safe & accessible. You also make it harder for mask bans to pass. Mask up. We need you.

Masks belong in healthcare. Doctors have a duty to do no harm, and when they refuse to mask they’re putting patients lives at risk. When you’re the patient, it’s terrifying. You feel abandoned. De-valued. Like your life doesn’t matter. No one should have to choose between care and Covid:

Before the pandemic, healthcare workers would mask upon request or in high risk settings like NICU, transplant, oncology wards. Now? I hear a story almost every day of someone being infected because the HCW refused to wear a mask. We won’t even protect premature babies who can’t mask themselves

I care less about Signal chats and more about the blacksite offshore concentration camps we're sending random people to without any semblance of a trial, so I'll be interested to see if the national media can rub their bellies and pat their heads at the same time this week. Historically they can't.

Kid plugging their ears because of loud noise on train. Mom: “it’s not loud, you don’t have to do that” Kid keeps ears plugged bc it is, in fact, loud. Mom: “it’s not loud anymore you don’t have to do that!”. Meanwhile I literally have my earplugs in bc of how loud it is. Let the kid fucking be.
