I think most people lose weight when they get ill I gain lol I have no sense of hunger or thirst, normally; I naturally eat when my body's energy level is low. I'm pretty in-tune and rarely overeat. Lol but sick, energy's always low, and I'm too bleary to remember to turn off auto programming 😂
