Is grampa sundowning yet in the all caps yet?

This past semester, one of my assignments was a short, personal opinion. I had several try to use AI for that. Either they lack the know how to write or care enough about their education to participate in it. I see critical thinking skills declining in my classroom in correlation. It’s sad honestly.

Bernie Sanders is currently 83 years old. Can we collectively drop the “run Bernie” narrative? I’m a Bernie fan, but it’s time for a new generation.

Think I can decorate mine like my grandma decorated the porch goose in the 80s? Mine could stay in theme for each unit my students are learning. (I am only trying to find humor because I know this is not far fetched, it will be prob be next to the 10 commandments and constitution)

Absolutely. 10k gold plated?

That b/w photo should be in history books one day, assuming the good guys will win.

There is some kind of natural resource or mineral there that he is wanting to secure for mining/financial reasons or for military purpose due to location. I can’t think of any other purpose that he want it. He wanted to trade Puerto Rico for it in his first term, but has ramped up this time.

That’s exactly what I stated. I’m in Texas. I have to see an ENT. I called to schedule in August and my appointment is in November. It’s for a breathing issue, clearly nothing important. I live in Houston and she searched all 8 locations that had ENTs with the group. It’s not an amazing system
comment in response to post
Yeah, but you might have to wait a couple months to see a specialist! (Like we do now) They always automatically throw out these horror stories of Canada and subpar health care or month long waits. I have to see an ENT, they scheduled me for August… in November. What’s the difference?

I thought the same thing, upon re-entry if they don’t let me back in, would that really be a bad thing?? I don’t do well with cold weather, but I’m sure I would adapt. My kids have never seen snow. They would love that!

The way that I want this for a classroom poster!

Exactly, smile, say good morning, and move on with your day. What anyone has in their underpants or does in their bedroom effects my life in zero way. I’ve never blinked twice in a restroom at anyone in there, because we’re in stalls…using the restroom. I don’t understand the politics of this issue.

This American is traveling to Canada this summer for vacation. I am proudly supporting your economy! (If you’ll still have us!)

He also believes autism is caused by vaccines, yet will soon be the oversight for Special Education and IDEA when the Dept of Ed is dissolved.

I can’t wait to see what Trump uses that photo for, just to say he had a large crowd gathering in someplace like Pennsylvania.

He did make the deal to send our hockey team over to play the Russian hockey team, and then they get to come here to play! You know, priorities, right?

Ours in NE Houston have been some of the cheapest in the country according to my viral tiktok. They are $3.99 currently at Kroger in Humble, TX as of 3/18/25. This is the highest they have been. 1/5/25 they were $1.99 in my video.

James Bowman. We’re supposed to use names assigned at birth. I don’t want you to get in trouble.

The photo they used for Donnie made me chuckle. I just know he hates that photo.

They are firing Veterans and federal employees, to steal from veterans and the poorest, in order to give tax breaks to the richest Americans and corporations.
comment in response to post
We looked but they are so expensive to insure in our area due to the rate of theft. Be sure to check that first.

My sophomores are currently reading Scythe by Neal Schusterman. I teach chem, but I always read what they read in ELA with them. The triology is so good!

I really wish Texans For Public Education would come over here. That page is one of the few reasons I kept my FB page.

There have been several articles that have stated his dyslexia put his cold reading comprehension at a 3rd grade reading level. Some of his former aids say his highlight summaries are very basic, if typed at all.

There is no more decorum left in our government. Why is he trying to hold on to it? It not proving anything other than Ds are going just step aside like a wet noodle, minus about 5 willing to stand up and do something

Dan Crenshaw just called me for a phone town hall. Why? I have no clue, but it’s no wonder people get mad. Their priorities are not anywhere in line with what the people are at. Listening to this nonsense is infuriating.

Don’t be scared, it’s just these are the things that teachers are realizing that we teach. Not everything is big concepts. I’ve had to show several where to staple a packet of papers back together. It’s just not common for them like it was for us. (I teach 10th grade)

Can someone get PawPaw’s phone? I think he missed The Price is Right this morning. It threw off is whole day. Maybe get him his meds? Take him golfing? That will calm him down.

I want a refund of it anyways, I’ll never get a dime of it as a teacher. I don’t qualify even though I’ve worked jobs that have paid into social security over the years.

Up the 2 hours airborne? The one infected person over the weekend was in the New Braunfels Bucees for three hours! That potentially just put a lot of people in the path of this!

If TikTok taught me one thing, it’s the fact that the US is closer to a third world nation than a first world nation. I knew most of the US is best was US propaganda, I just didn’t quite realize the extent

Too bad it’s a week too late and King Trump already ruled that he is the only one that can interpret the rules for the kingdom. They will not comply.
