These days there are more and more reasons to loathe living in the US & specifically Texas. However, I would miss afternoons sitting around a big table eating boiled crawfish (some Cajun, some Viet-Cajun) and drinking beer.

I enjoy tackling long, complicated recipes from time to time, but honestly get the most satisfaction from looking through the fridge and pantry and cobbling together something simple that uses what we have.
