I've been seeing a lot of strep pneumo causing URIs in the last month. Now this week I had two invasive cases - a massive cellulitis of the pinna, and a severe cheilitis, both caused by strep pneumo on PCR, but neither had respiratory symptoms. Anyone else seeing this? #primarycare #familymedicine
