There you go picking on conservative law professors again. Have you no decency?

We’ve really leaned into our bird watching era because of Merlin. I start almost every morning on the deck with it.

Minnesota can have that effect on people. Sorry for the bumps along the way but so happy for you all that you made the move!

Fhima’s, Hell’s Kitchen, and Manny’s should all be open later than 9 on a Friday. Manny’s and Fhima’s are both a bit pricier. If you don’t mind a quick ride, the Monte Carlo is open later every night. It’s where the judges and lawyers used to hang out.

All I know is that the President who won the 2020 election would be able to negotiate the return of someone wrongly sent to El Salvador in about 5 minutes.

The Detroit Red Wings fan in me has a smart ass response but the friend in me will say only that it is a hockey team from Denver.

I’m so sorry, Collin. You deserve better from her, for you and your kids.

I’ve seen more fight in a decapitated chicken.

It really is. I would read whole books about historical highbrow and poetic insults and the contexts in which they were used, especially by women.

I’m going to add that to my vocabulary.

All of these had me legit laughing out loud, but especially this one and “perplexingly prominent.”

So so mad on your behalf. “Maybe next time” is what someone who is totally detached and not invested in your well being says, not a care provider.

Playing this feed (with the sound on, of course) is the highest and best use of my large second monitor in my office. It’s absolutely captivating.

Good on you, Collin. If I were a prospective student, I’d want to see that kind of info and I’d be thankful to anyone who shared it with me.

I love his use of the texture and depth of the cardboard in conjunction with the colors. The overall effect pulls you into the scene. Very cool!

I can recommend someone in Minneapolis if your friend is in the Twin Cities.

I thought there was already a substantial body of scholarship on this.

It’s hard to believe that @amyklobuchar.com used to have quite the reputation as a street fighter and prosecutor. She appears to have fully succumbed to the rarefied and genteel air of the Senate as if this were a normal administration and her highest duty was to maintaining civil discourse.

Upon reflection, that looks like 1 to 1.5 face cords.

That looks like a couple of face cords. $100 would be an absolute steal. Around here, we are paying $279 a face cord for oak at the moment.
