One of these days we're gonna have to reckon with the fact that "money that I spend which does not directly benefit me is a waste" is a popular sentiment. I think we should state plainly that this is selfish on its face. And stupid when you have awareness which extends beyond your nose.

If you are a #chronicallyill #woman and you have not heard this song yet, have yourself a good laugh this morning! open.spotify.com/track/5eoG7w...

"Did Ember leave you? It's okay! Echo to the rescue mum!" - Echo

"It's okay momma, I know you don't feel well. Let me purr on you and give you my warmth to make you feel better" - Ember

I have #RectovaginalEndometriosis. It is a deep infiltrating form of #endometriosis. I can only hope it gets better from here. I've had surgery, I'm on Orillisa and Slynd. 6 wk post-surgery appointment in a week. I'm still in daily back and hip pain. www.myendometriosisteam.com/resources/wh...

I have a business plan for inside gardens in North East Sask. I know it's now needed more than ever. I plan to have a passive solar section on the front so we can grow necessities that we can't get here year round as well as greens. Is there anyone who can help me get past the planning stages?

The week before last I started watching A Handmaid's Tale. Inspired by Mrs. Trump's outfit choices. I didn't even make it through the first season before realizing why she wore what she wore. It may as well be her story. It made me sick. I stopped watching.

For everyone who’s been wanting 3M to make a black N95… there’s an awesome Canadian company that’s done just that! Vitacore makes a sleek & comfortable N99 that’s also MRI safe! If you’re looking for a way to support a Canadian company & show solidarity with disabled people… check ‘em out!

Here's a straight message to Donald. Canadians are nice until we're not. We are united. When you tell us that we have no future as a nation. Guess what? The fight is coming to you.We will survive one day longer and be one day stronger than you. @meidastouch.bsky.social www.youtube.com/watch?v=yUHa...

I saw them together and got excited, but seeing this video made it even more special!

Fairly certain my next set of letters to my alphabet soup is CFS. This describes my days completely. Add a sore throat and constant headaches and migraines. I had no idea this was even a thing until it happened to me after getting an infection. I'm drained all the time.

This thread of a day with severe M.E., told in hourly comics, is really powerful:

I think it is so funny when people say, wow you’re so real. Thank you, I struggle with dissociation and really need to be reminded that I do in fact exist on this plane of reality.

I'm buying my first wheelchair and for now just need something affordable and lightweight that won't be hard on my arms to roll (have #EDS) and maneuvers really well because our place has some tight areas for turning and navigating. I'm petite. Any suggestions? #chronicillness #chronicpain

Farm fresh eggs, Canadian Maple Syrup and Coop baked bread for French toast. Thank you Hubby. You make being in bed all day a little bit easier. #canadianmade #canada #supporthusband #chronicillness

Also some #kitty love. Because without these little ones to talk to all day everyday I don't know how I would actually be doing. #chronicillness #pots #endometreosis #mcas #adenomyosis #chronicpain #chronicfatigue #mentalhealth #cats

I can rarely get out of bed, but that does not stop my hubby from providing me with restaurant level cooking! This was lunch yesterday. Our own #farmeggs that he boiled and brined and put over #ramen. Today, late lunch will be French Toast and for supper he is doing a roast! #chronicillness #endo
