I was hoping he would sound more incoherent. There's a lot of right wing people that agree with him, unfortunately. They're the types that want to be able to tell "make me a sandwich" jokes without being called an asshole.

Those Americans are just upset that their shitty decisions have actual consequences. Many Americans think they're the center of the Universe, so being treated like the outcast is very upsetting to them. Keep it up lol

I remember talking about it and my mom was like "it's what rich people do". People are just fine with letting rich assholes get away with stuff because they think it's impossible to stop them

His "this isn't freedom, it's fear" line is one of my favorite parts of the movie to me. The movie is fantasy but that message is very reflective, imo, about a lot of our society

I'm trying to think of a historical analog to how just blatantly criminal and messy he is, to try and figure out how long it'll take, but fingers crossed you're right

I think my biggest like "wtf" of it was that he was a union leader out of Boston. Idk if i expect the everyday person to know about it off the top of their head but I would expect someone who is involved in the labor movement to be aware of some of the more significant history related to it.

I just paid $320 for my medication because it's the beginning of the year and my deductible hasn't been met; are we liberating them from affordable healthcare?

I once mentioned the Triangle Shirtwaist Factory fire to a union rep that was older than me (late 40s, maybe?) and I got the "what is that" response. I was like, oh boy.

"Even if sometimes wrong" yeah but they won't be able to distinguish that because theyre going to get so used to the LLM that they don't know how to critically examine the info coming out of them. How do they check their work, Mark? with the LLM that just gave them an erroneous output?

These are not fact machines, they're generating probabilistic output based on decisions not even the people who design them understand. They're not tutors, nor are they substitute for knowledge, and treating them as such is likely going to get people killed. 3/3

You can ask an LLM the exact same question in the exact same way 100 times and get a different response each time. There is absolutely no way to know which output is correct, if any, nor root out subtle inaccuracies, or missing nuance, without a strong pre-existing understanding of that field. 2/3
