Microsoft always takes 3 versions to get something good. I love M365 but bpos spewed chunks. Or betraying my age exchange 2003 was an incredibly improvement over exchange 5.5. Does anybody else remember Word 5.0? Ugh.

That made me laugh out loud.

I wanted to share them but it hurt too much to see the pieces disappear into their Lego vortex. Having the instructions be put online has been one of the greatest things ever.

Reading this depresses me. I still have all of mine. I made the mistake of letting my numerous children play with one.

American splendor is criminally unknown. It was the first movie I remember seeing Paul in and has stuck with me since it came out.

But if they were American how could we charge them tariffs?

I worked in Christian ministry spaces for years and was eventually driven from them because every time an accusation came up the men are protected and the motives of woman are questioned. Seeing what it costs every woman for reporting harassment validates they aren’t making unfounded accusations.

I just found out this was playing in Indy on Monday and when I tried to buy tickets I was disappointed it was all sold out.

As they say — never underestimate the ability for people to be blind when their paychecks depend on them being blind

Has Mara Jade shown up in any of the Disney Star Wars? Along with thrawn the best character from Timothy zahn (as I silently shake fist at the missed opportunity of using them instead of the boring Luke skywalker in the newest movies)

Joaquin Phoenix from the first gladiator. I honestly haven’t been able to watch any movie with him since then without starting from a place of dislike.

I don’t tend to take to “computer” movies well because of my job but I felt like this one was decent on describing what I call a “2600 hacker” would act like.

As long as Americans seem to believe we can have whatever we want at no cost it’s hard to believe it can be reformed (see discussion of tax cuts while a trillion dollar deficit is being run)

It makes me think they have never had to deal with real tragedy in their lives. Don’t tell me my loved one had to die for some random person to come to Christ. That’s a pretty crappy view of God if you believe that.

I got my first gray at 20 so I sort of identify. I never embraced coloring though.

I tell this to Amy all the time. She remains unconvinced.

Agreed — also it is easier to take this position when you believe you have a god ordained right to treat women as less than equal in any sphere of your life.

Haha I just showed that movie to my 12 year old this weekend. I had to explain that joke to him though.

I always feel a little tortured about a cross centered life. I was living in the DC area in the early aughts and had a pretty bad opinion of the cj mahaney crowd and refused to read it. I finally had to for a small group-it was a lot better than I expected. My opinion of CJ though hasnt improved

That report was very interesting to read! Republicans highlight the fact that the shooting was justified but omit the fact that the police and city government were using the “justice” system as a revenue generation for the town.

Not only that-if you are innocent but have been sitting in jail awaiting trial and are given the option to plead guilty and be released immediately for time served who wouldn’t take that option? Better to plead guilty (even though innocent) and be released than to wait another year for trial.

If only he would also pardon all of the people who were mass-incarcerated under his ‘94 crime bill.

The fact that we have five boys means people are pretty unrestrained in their comments about our decisions.
