With some injustices one who benefits from them can forego some of the benefits, though. Someone born into wealth can give it up like Tolstoy. Have you found a satisfactory answer?

I don't know her account, but here's a thought. If her account of domination is like the republican account, and structures give some power over others, they are dominating whether they exercise that power or not. If it's not up to you whether you dominate, it makes sense that you aren't liable.
