To be fair, CNN did have Phil Mattingly, who’s been on the eco beat.

Oh geez. 😀 I suspect my first apartment had them, but also made a plea to them that I never see them and we'd have no issues...

Caimh McDonnell -- an Irish comedian turned novelist -- has put together a wonderful canon of caper-type crime novels and now some fantasy books. Has such a great voice, is maturing into a great long-form writer: whitehairedirishman.com

#20: "The Family Jewels," by the wonderful Irish writer Caimh McDonnell. It's the 8th book in the Dublin trilogy (a slight renaming might be in order!)...and he's only becoming a stronger writer with each book.

#19: "Too Big to Fail," by Andrew Ross Sorkin. Always worth the re-read, because the times we're a'livin'-in could always be worse.

#18: "Two Nights in Lisbon," by Chris Pavone. I've become a big fan of this author, but his four other books are better than his newest (it's also a mild twist in genre for him). That said, it's still very good, in the vein of a "Gone Girl"- esque summer beach read.

I can’t imagine digesting both in one day, pace yourself (or let the edible kick in fully, I guess?)

We should not judge on the amount of open tabs, it just means we're trying to be even more well-read...
