I hadn't thought to check whether he actually had anything to do with the Pythagorean tuning system.

I would still probably click in a lot of that data because I'm being very picky and see value in working in stop time, but somethings are really not practical to click in. Like trills.

I've been having problems with Windows Explorer becoming unresponsive, which never happened before Windows 11. It would be very problematic if Microsoft eventually fully destroys Windows.

Years ago, I got a digital piano. I don't have it anymore, but in retrospect, I wish I'd gone the route you did, and had kept it. So much more versatile. As it is, I don't have a MIDI input device, so I've been doing my project with virtual instruments by clicking in the data with a mouse.

Ah, so you're using some kind of MIDI keyboard in conjunction with a virtual instrument of your choice?

I feel like plenty of prosperity is possible without doing that.

Kristofferson is one of only two that came to mind for myself.

Gustav Mahler's composing hut.

My one thought about Pie from seeing the ads was "I wonder what's in it for the creator that makes paying for tons of ads for a free extension worth it."

It's been raining all day, and I'm in Michigan.

The number of things one can be asked to do simultaneously on a keyboard instrument outstrips most other kinds of instrument.

First thought was "what do penis bones have to do with it?"

I hope he's into it, because he's going to keep being handsome.

I've heard that cancel culture is over now too.

Sounds like you might be an opera character.

I was pleased that I managed to carry the influence of a composer known for elaborate orchestral writing into a solo for a monophonic instrument.

At high school marching band camp, there was an evening where students could perform solos for an audience of each other and the staff if they wished. I wrote and performed a flute solo, and the band director told me it sounded like Mahler.

I hope that means he'll stop complaining about it, but I doubt it.

I have been anticipating this eagerly.

Super cute face.

Oh hey, it's me.

The purpose of it is also quite cyberpunk, is it not?

Being grumpy plus looking more pettable than usual may or may not be a bad combination.

I don't think the first try left much to be desired, as an adaptation of that material.

Last time I paid a lot of attention to what was happening in the Trump administration, but this time I'm hoping I can be informed enough to know when there is something actionable for me to do and otherwise tune out, because it's going to be so stupid.

I'm more inclined to take the ones they don't confirm as pleasant surprises.

I'd never thought about it this way. But yeah, it's four for me.

In other words, I don't see why VI's with phase-aligned samples ever have the shortcoming where a tone trails off into silence if one tries to sustain it longer than the sample lasts, or else produces an audible blip when the sample loops.

(By this I mostly mean the voters who would make the difference between winning the electoral college or not.)

At this point I have no idea what strategy would actually get more votes. For all I know, what voters want is entirely tangential to what is good and just.

Seems like a workout would be a messy experience.

It's kind of hard to imagine him making it through four more years with any of his mind left.

Hmm, as far as I can tell, Michigan does tell me that my ballot was received, but doesn't separately confirm that it was deemed valid...

Less recently Republicans tried "Wolverine Queen" on Michigan's governor. That one also unintentionally ruled.

In my social orbit, there are lots of people for whom it's the chastity kink thing. I don't think there are any for whom it's the other thing.
