Um, usually it’s best for medically qualified people to provide medical advice. Just saying.

That this is even an issue is outrageous.

Free speech is a cornerstone of science. Scientists must be able to write the papers they want— and then the scientific community critiques that work, and consensus develops. That requires free speech at every step. Not censorship from politicals.

“We shouldn’t be merely focused on the appearance of health, we should aim to actually be healthy. We should be exercising regularly, have consistently good nutrition, and seek the company of those who we love. And then? Whatever will be will be.”

The secret to good health, and to optimizing your healthspan, is regular exercise, good nutrition, and enriching social relationships. That’s it. That’s the secret. Now you know.
