Elon on self-driving: if you think it won't get better, it's like believing that a toddler will stay a toddler forever. Elon is living proof that one can stay a toddler forever.

Tesla has laid off US workers and replaced them with foreign workers on H-1B visas. Many of those US workers were more senior with higher compensation and replaced with junior foreign workers for lower comp. But that's not even the bigger problem.

Exclusive: Tesla is having issues with new version of HW4 computer short circuiting resulting in failures of the features powered by the computer, including safety features. The issue has been affecting cars produced since July. Tesla service is being told to play it down to keep people in cars.

This is what I've been fearing for years and more so following the giant wave of layoffs earlier this year. Elon is only keeping and promoting ultra-loyalists at Tesla. Here we have Tesla's newly promoted VP of self-driving and AI calling a judge corrupt for simply following the law. It's madness

I don't get it. Elon is upset that one of the accounts he boosts and gives tens of thousands of dollars to every month is operated by a prostitute? That's an upgrade compared to the real scum he boosts on the daily.

Elon Musk's social media addiction beautifully visualized:

Air quality sucks today. No problem, I got my own oxygen.

Tesla has put Nissan back in the list of automakers getting Supercharger access in NA "soon". It sounds like Tesla prematurely confirmed Ariya drivers having access yesterday. However, we hear that it should be coming soon.

Thanks Jim. Yes, I've become more strident against Tesla fandom lately but I'd argue against the realization being "recent". I wrote this then controversial op-ed in early 2020 warning about where things were headed w/ Tesla fandom and elon's social media feedback loop. electrek.co/2020/05/12/t...

"Fred is so salty about Tesla." Untrue. I'm truly impressed by all the industries Tesla is revolutionizing. Salt and pepper shaker makers don't know what is coming.

A new era. We hope you like it.

Elon is already copying the work of the other department for government efficiency… but that department wasn’t good enough. Now, they need a second one. You know. For extra efficiency.

Show me a Tesla self-driving car and I'll change the headline.

STOP THE PRESSES! Tesla is going to launch an Optimus action figure, according to a new trademark application.

It was just a few years ago when Tesla was lobbying for this tax credit. Now that Elon doesn't want it as he is willing to slow down the entire US EV industry in favor of Tesla coming on top in a few years, it's also Tesla's policy It goes directly against the mission. Sad day.

Should Tesla offer the ability to revert to older FSD versions? I vote yes. I'm having the worst time on v12.5.4.2, and .1 felt better. The limited (but best available) data also points to the older version being better. It just veered into the shoulder when trying to take an exit. First for me.

I'm confused by this one. August: Tesla claims production capacity of 700k November: Tesla claims production capacity of 365k.
