Been feeling down these last few weeks partially due to being sick. So I decided to start playing an RPG in my off time Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch. I'm about 20 hours in and I think I like it especially the story but the combat feels disconnected I don't feel like I'm playing as Oliver.

The last night of using Twitch Chat to play Christmas Carols for streamers. Chat can control the instruments by spamming emotes to spread holiday cheer. At the end of each carol, the streamer decides which caroler gets sent into the void.

It would have been my mom's 66th birthday tomorrow. Cancer took her earlier this year. My Dad died from stroke late 2017 just before Christmas It's lonely not having parents or siblings. Quiet I'll be okay, it just hurts now. Just needed to vent and be sad. Remembering them.

It's been refreshing to take a step back from FFXIV. I'm not the biggest fan of what happened in Dawntrail. Part of it was the writing, part of it was the voice acting, part of it was playing it after my Mom passed away due to cancer earlier in the same year. It left me with a sour experience.
