Errors of exclusion are at least as damaging as errors of inclusion. Citizens unable to vote v. ineligible people casting votes. I think there are many more of the former than the latter. Republicans think exclusion benefits them for some reason. Maybe they're right, but it's horribly unethical.

In October, Gov. Youngkin claimed he removed 1,600 noncitizens from Virginia's voting rolls. I was at the Arlington gov't building that day, when voters who'd been citizens all their lives came in to restore the status Youngkin had wrongly taken away.
