Pierre Poilievre opens with populist bash-Canada stuff, saying tariffs need to go entirely to tax cuts and nothing to spending and programs, then more talk of tax cuts, and the carbon tax. Jeez, this man has no agility. He has one gear.

Anyone thinking there was EVER a chance for Canada to avoid Trump's tariffs was naive. Trump was going to put these tariffs on regardless because Trump believes - incorrectly - that tariffs are the best way to fund the government. So he was ALWAYS going to put massive tariffs in place. #cdnpoli
