Create a community stock market, which stores are doing well, which need help. Keep spending local as much as possible.

In my humble opinion - roll shoulders forward (like bench press) and tilt pelvis forward (like knee raise) and it’s just a matter holding and you’re there 👍

Still working on getting the body accustomed to hoisting external weight so keeping it lighter but challenging, before even thinking about going near heavy loads.
