People who post this kind of garbage are the worst. Taking advantage of people is such villainous behavior.

In fact, in order to take 13 years off your loan, your interest rate would have to be over 14%!

At today’s interest rate, you’ll cut 6 years off your loan. Nothing to sneeze at, but less than half what was promised.

That’s been demonstrated over and over, with every horrific thing DT does. It’s a question of moral character and the conflation of that with what is ostensibly a the justifiable means to better ends. I just can’t spend all my energy and time on trying to reverse the backwards logic, so I don’t.

It’s the exact opposite of how they operate, because you are be measured by the magnitude of the injustice you can absorb for the good of others. And by that I don’t mean sticking around and being willing to talk, and certainly not over social media.

The more you push, the more self-righteous they are in standing their ground. The goal is to win, regardless of the means or the nature of that victory. I also found, in that realization, that the best way to show what is right and good is to model it yourself, esp when it hasn’t been earned.

It’s a false dichotomy based on the premise that rejectionism begets strength of faith, when true strength comes from challenging it. They are told that closed-mindedness is a virtue, to the extent that they measure themselves by the magnitude of opposition they can withstand.
