With little significant resistance rising in Congress or within the press, President Trump’s opponents are turning to the judicial branch.

Because the Supreme Court of the United States decreed that the President is immune from legal consequences.
When your leader isn’t subject to the law, you no longer live in a democracy.

Just look at how Trump deferred all responsibility in his press conference about the plane crash over the Potomac.
Pushing the blame onto anyone else, is a trait they are learning from the very top.

And how many of the reporters in that room asked him what responsibility he bears, now that he is in the White House?
Was it none? Pretty sure it was none, because the 4th estate has bowed down to the 2nd estate.

Canada about to become a much larger country

Are you really unable to understand mildly complex topics?
CA’s economy is larger than the lowest contributing 25 states COMBINED.
It carries debt, because that’s what good governments do in low interest rate environments.
How else would GA, MS, TN, KY, MO and LA be funded if CA didn’t exist?

A few questions:
1) What country do you think these fires are happening in?
2) Who is “Forrest” in your reply?
3) if CA pays welfare to entire regions of the country to keep them afloat, why shouldn’t they be entitled to seek help when they rarely need it?

Humanity has a quickly approaching expiration date unless we enact dramatic change to prevent climate disaster. These companies only serve to distract from the dire emergency

The hundreds of millions of people who live in similar climates are going to be a problem together with the people of Phoenix. Probably going to make fleeing more difficult when it suddenly becomes necessary.

Sorry, future climate refugee. No one with sense is visiting Phoenix.

I don’t get it. It’s a very solid cartoon, but there is nothing racy, edgy or even crass about it. It’s just a simple & accurate depiction of the world.
Why do these billionaires have such paper-thin egos? Is it cognitive dissonance because even they subconsciously realize their wealth is immoral?

He’s a South African. Why do you think he’d be sent to Mexico?
And there is plenty of precedent to seize assets that are important to national security. He is, after all, the richest man on earth only because of the benefits he got from immigrating to the U.S.

Nah.
The individual who maintains a pleasant public face while killing people is far more insidious and vile than the individual who boldly kills in public. Both are bad, one is far worse.

Nah, I may be killed or attacked by MAGA goons, but I’ll never give up having empathy for my fellow humans.
If the way to make America “great” is to forgo core human instincts, then I don’t want to participate in your society.
Y’all fucked around, sadly we’re all going to find out.

Oh you sweet summer child.
A cop might not accept a bribe from a complete stranger, but do you really not believe they’d accept one from a friend or associate in a sticky situation? It might not even be a monetary bribe, just something they’d do and expect a future reward.

A man can’t be a woman and a woman can’t be a man.
Maybe they can temporarily be forced to pretend to be otherwise by a bigoted society.
You’re the one who seems to doubt the definition of man and woman as those terms have existed all around the world for all ~10,000 years of human civilization

Quit demeaning the voters who rejected the middle of the road slop candidate.
Then quit picking candidates that try so hard to appeal to all that end up appealing to too few Americans.
I voted for Kamala. But you, and by you I mean the establishment Dems, please stop picking shit candidates

So you’ve moved the goalposts and are now saying the defining of a “woman” is her working womb.
Prepubescent children, women who’ve had hysterectomies or are otherwise infertile, and post-menopausal people aren’t women?
I sure hope you don’t talk to your mom or grandmother like that
