they feed it to each other as well and it's like a game of telephone with bullshit coming out both ends

we need a discord channel or some shit where you have to show your imdb or something to get in, we can't keep talking about shit in front of people like this anymore. close the gates, fuck it I don't care

You can be lied to faster than you are able to think. You can be told faster than you are able to reason. You can be bombarded faster than you can feel. Do not ever, ever forget this.

Yeah lets scratch that, what do you think of trying out for a dispatcher job? it has a decent income and is a sit down job. another one is Pharmacy Technician. heres someone on reddit describing their experience. and a few other jobs. I hope one if these help led you to an idea or a solution! ^^

Anyway that's it! I drew these all in storyboard pro, because it's unfortunately my go-to digital program, sigh

We also got to do a traditional Korean ceremony the day before, so I drew a couple things for that as well! It was such a wonderful weekend, I feel so blessed and loved by my community

I've come to terms recently that I'll never be independent. My life will always ultimately be in the hands of someone else. There's nothing inherently wrong with that, but the world we live in makes us feel shame for needing help. The humiliation we are put through is by design.

Wasted almost 3 years in vocational rehab, only to hit a dead end. My only hope is marrying my beloved, changing to their insurance, getting kicked off of disability as a result, & starting my own business. That's the goal, but the reality is that I truly have no complete control of my life.

Im so sorry. I dont know if you saw this, but I replied this to your recent threads. I know you cant do labour, but if there is no remote job and you have to make the decision, you can maybe have it as a backup plan? since they do offer a high paying job and health insurance bsky.app/profile/hgai...

Haha this is such a specific question! I actually just drew a mask and then applied a tone curve where I cranked it up really high. That way it respected the colours of what I was working with
comment in response to post
OH! that makes sense, i have played with the tone curve before so I knew what you meant. thank you!

typo!! around $20 not 20%

random question but how were you able to draw the glowy screen light on the characters? what shade of blue did you use and what blending mode was used for this effect? thank you

they shot a bunch of this movie (widows) literally right in the neighborhood where i grew up, i remember seeing the filming permits as a teenager walking the dog. movie is just ok but i have that nostalgic fondness for it

I love CSP and work with it alot. the brushes are super fun! a one time payment of $60 is pretty good imo, but you can wait till its on discount, it gets cheaper! around 20%, which id say is a steal. i love how it doesnt glitch and is crispy and how fast reacting the program is for me.

so the answer is really the only tried and true way. its so daunting and confusing to me how people can translate realistic human anatomy to their respective art style proportions, so i avoided it 😭 thank you!
comment in response to post
The chimney was also rendered by Sam McKim in 1956 when he painted the new location for Casa de Fritos.
comment in response to post
farfin please im begging can you give us advice on how to achieve your anatomy skills? the way you draw the bodies are so good and fleshy😭 what has personally worked for you on your art journey?

the idea of buying clothing and not washing it first just in general is so fuckin repulsive ewwwwwuh this is why I love buying thrift stuff or pre-owned things off of poshmark- it's been laundered 1000 times so it's soft and worn in and practically indestructible

sorry for the many messages, im hope im not bothering you! ^^; Since you mentioned you were having trouble thinking of ideas, I was trying to help with the knowledge I know.

program is tuition free! so no debt and are very mental health focused. it seems like a great opportunity and a great way to start a new chapter in your life. again, recession proof job. I feel like this is the best bet if you want to shell out time and energy for something that WILL lead results!

I thought of another idea, you can get into piping trades, since you were from cali, i searched around and found pipe trades training center PPTC based on san jose cali. its a labor union and with no experience starting apprentice wage is $30+/hr and includes medical, dental, vision and pension.

heres a link too www.reddit.com/r/Salary/com...

hmm do you drive? you can try out being a garbageman. no seriously respectfully, its unionized, high salary, last i heard the health insurance coverage was great. check your local waste collectors office or call the nearest union and see if they can help or refer you. also its recession proof!

yeah the industry is not looking good these days... though i understand its a skill you worked hard for, ive seen your fanart animations and they were wonderful, but maybe a fresh start is better.

I feel like a part time job a few times a week and commissions can be something worth a try, I say part time only for preventive measures, the way time goes so fast when spend all your time home, can be a lil too much as (speaking from experience...1 whole month without the sun) just throwing ideas
comment in response to post
i understand how commissions are a unstable income. Maybe you can do rough sketches to accommodate your energy. or a sketch like you said. if a 60$ sketch takes 2 hours thats 30$ per hour, youd have to do alot of sketches like you said, but it beats working a minimum wage job for 8 hours??

its like there needs to be witness for them to act professionally and someone to have your back and this sucks so hard if you dont have a support system ( especially family because its your right when you were born into this world! its their responsibility but life doesnt always work that way) 2/2

also I want to say something i noticed but its so painful and scary to say it out loud but... I noticed when a person goes alone to the hospital, especially someone whos extremely ill, they treat you like shit?? and i have no idea why?? but when someone is with you, they know how to act. 1/2

im so sorry, trying so hard on your own to get help and not receiving is soul crushing. I know there are good doctors and there is help because there are people other than me receiving it and to me that makes me keep going to find, even tho its so damn hard.

i feel you about receiving new trauma, especially when it constantly happens without stop, when you even recover a bit or even healed a bit, theres a new trauma on the way to throw off everything you worked so hard on and be back to square one. it gets to a point. its so frustrating and exhausting

This whole american healthcare system needs a total reboot. its a scam filled with disgusting people. from health insurance to the treatment you receive and the fact nurses dont mask. HOW THE FUCK DO YOU NOT MASK THATS BASIC HEALTH 101?? i hope you get to move soon to a better state
