Many people grew up being told if we changed our mind and decided to just be happy or to just do the things, we would be able to. We just know the injustices we faced and don't want others to feel the same way. So we stick out two cents in so others understand they aren't just not trying.

It took me a long time for me as well, and I wasn't able to until I was away from the abusive environment that was home. Also with support from my husband. I was mentally and physically just so broken. It's a long journey to heal, I'm just glad I'm getting better and not worse.

I have tens of thousands of squirrel photos because I lived in an apartment on the second floor and became an all day buffet to a bunch of them who would come up a tree to the window ledge. I love those little cuties.
