I noticed around late Dec they made ~some change to caching which kinda blows up and slows to a crawl for me after a while if I don't clear it (Android). Probably working out the kinks still bc prior it would redownload things a ton and blow up my data usage instead.

used to work on Leap tracking and nobody believed me when I'd tell them gloves are probably so much more difficult to calibrate, you *have* to know the joint lengths and account for them with sensor density or it falls apart fast. So many gestures need accurate fingertip positions.

oof, this happened to me when I caught whooping cough last year. was fine, then got weird sinus issues, and then suddenly the worst cough of my life that lasted a literal month. the stuff going around rn is weird.

(c) could also just be a weird server load balancing thing, not totally sure why it's inconsistent about showing things from my own follows (sometimes it's 7 posts, sometimes it's 1-2)

I can't tell if (b) is somewhat selective about 2 degrees of separation or not, but it definitely seemed to turns sour with follow-for-follow accounts boosting odds of unrelated stuff

I have to wonder if it just has a list of fallback topics it swaps to when it runs out of ideas bc it was very persistent about some things (like, 7 accounts just named "Moon" with moon pics)
