I’ve had that after a lot of McDonalds.

If he opened a shop with those fruit things tomorrow he could charge like £50 and it’d sell out.

Good thing they’ve got loads of other options.

Miss GOTI hates them, so I always get them on the big shop cause I know they’ll always be available.

I did spend a lot of time as a child eating mushrooms and jumping on people’s heads, so maybe they do a bit…

I watch most of them occasionally. I don’t judge the people that do regularly or the people who do it for a living. Same with any sport. I have to suppress any feeling of guilt for the danger they put themselves in for my benefit. Get the same feeling when I watch NFL and someone gets a concussion.

Can’t punch someone in actual life without consequence, so watching people willingly do it can sate that appetite. Same reason a tackle in football or hit in ice hockey is exciting. Don’t see much of a difference between boxing and wrestling/karate/mma. People getting injured for entertainment.

‘Old Twitter’ was still full of fascism, racism, misogyny and hate. There’s definitely some rose-tinted glasses going on about Twitter pre-Musk.

I tapped out of Twitter not long after Musk took over. It was always problematic, but it became overwhelming. I’d like some of the weirdos to come over, just not the absolute weirdos.

I stopped listening to The Football Ramble/Totally Football Show eons ago when they all got into bed with gambling companies. I think TFS used to have a ‘nice bloke’ on at the end to be the ‘friendly face’ of Paddy Power and it me made feel ill every time I heard it.

Look, we’re all scared Jake Humphrey will turn up, but we can’t let that fear consume us. Be strong.

In America maybe, but I can’t imagine FIFA partners could give a single fuck what Trump thinks when 1.5 billion tune in for a men’s WC final and the US audience might be…. 40-50 million of that if we’re being generous (25m watched 2022 final).

It’ll be the next huge news event that people either flee the sinking ship or go scurrying back to Musk. Will be interesting where things stand before the 2026 WC. Advertisers will follow the audience.

Yeah I could see that. Jones, Amegadije, Wright, Bates, Pryor return. 1st/2nd round IOL, Big FA IOL (I think they’ll pray for Trey Smith), Small FA OT, plus a different option at C.
Dreaming of Chris Morgan being fired into the sun too.

I think there was a point last season, even with injuries, where I think they would’ve pulled the trigger on a big extension if they could. I think now there has to be wholesale changes. There’s a decent chance only Jones, Wright and Bates survive from this season.

A broken team is right twice a season.

I deleted the other app months ago cause I just couldn’t face even lurking on it, but I was waiting for there to be enough of a momentum to join this before I jumped in.

Jenkins/Poles said a deal would/could be done in the bye week and we’re long past that now, I’d say his chances of an extension have evaporated. Even if he’s not the main problem, there’s got to be huge O-Line changes in the spring and this GM didn’t draft him. Unless Trey Smith doesn’t hit FA.

You can’t force the chemistry. AA and RO are essentially a comedy duo.
I do however hold a grudge against AA cause he stood in front of the screen so I couldn’t see the bottom option when I was on it.

Everything’s ‘heavy’ today, so she’s already got a word to describe Romelu Lukaku’s first touch.

Lauren Laverne was maybe my favourite, mainly cause she didn’t just read off the screen and ad-libbed a bit. Sally Phillips took over on Tenable for a bit, so clearly has told her agent ‘get me a quiz show’.

Abbie is the same age and mainly wants to watch me play football with the dog, so she’s a future armchair fan.

My main league has been going nearly 10 years and the top 2 teams in any given season have never won the playoffs.

It’s nice to feel wanted! I’ve kind of missed the silly stuff from Twitter. I still regularly think about that dad who wouldn’t open a tin of beans for his daughter.
