Pitää mennä syvemmälle kuin sovellukset eli sirujen ja käyttöjärjestelmien -tasolle. Sirut: NVIDIA, AMD, Intel, Qualcomm ja Apple kaikki USA:sta. Haastaja on ARM, joka oli UK:sta, mutta nykään japanilainen. Käyttöjärjestelmissä USA:n Windows tulisi korvata Linuxilla, joka on avoin, eikä maata katso.

Itellä tässä pelko tekoälyyn liittyen, niinkuin muuhunkin EU:ssa kehitettyyn tekniikkaan se, että me säädellään ittemme rammaksi esim. NIS2 ja Tekoälyvastuu -direktiiveillä, mutta ei vaadita niitä kattavasti esim. USA:lta ja Kiinalta, vaan annetaan heidän vallata markkinat omilla säännöillään.
