Sleeping Monkey! The best part, she’s all grown up now and was at the Albany show when they played it. Sent me this pic when the first notes rang out. Loved this moment for both of us ❤️⭕️

I haven’t watched or listened to MSNBC since Joe and Mika went to kiss the ring after the election. I don’t miss it.

Nothing better than the first few notes of Lifeboy coming out of a big jam. Like a warm blanket.

I teach AP Gov to HS students. I always start the year by saying it’s a Political Science, NOT a History class. I’m not so sure anymore. Feels like I’m teaching about a system of government that no longer exists.

The more I think back (and listen) to this show, the more I like it.

Still won't be watching. Nice try though. Done with cable news.

The Electric Ballroom! Grew up and went to school in Knoxville. That place was wild.

Older, but my local record store guy turned me on to a late 60s early 70s Mexican psych band called Los Dug Dug’s and it’s pretty damn good

Yes! And it’s a lot harder to get this on travel/club teams. Unless the coach/culture is really bad, compete on your high school team!

Been at it for 30 years too, and I think musically, this was one of their best NYE runs, at least of 3.0/4.0 (excluding N1).

Dolly is one of the few things we ALL agree on. Bigger than sports. Shame. Also, Go Vols!

I was so excited to meet Pete Rose at a baseball card show when I was like 6-7 years old. Waited forever in line to get an autograph. He signed it, threw it at me, and said "next." Didn't even look up. Hell of a player, but seemed like a real jerk.

I enjoy it. I like listening to the studio albums as an expression of the songs in that particular context. Evolve and Sigma Oasis are both great. Easy to appreciate when you accept what they are.
