I love and appreciate all of the hard work you guys do during draft season, but I admittedly won’t even entertain looking at or listening to mock draft exercises until mid April. It’s a complete waste of time to do it until then because of free agency, trades, etc. And because of draft burnout!

Who is the player that will go higher than people think because of traits?

The Eagles go to Buffalo this year, so that one’s out of any season opener discussion.

I’m done with this bud. Your time would be better spent pouring over some Giants mock drafts.

Did you miss the part where I said “meaningless regulation season award “ ?

And yes, it does matter. Enjoy your offseason ✌🏻

No, you’re getting lost in the conversation. I simply said that I’d be more worried about playoff success at this point if I were a Ravens fan and not a meaningless regular season award after already winning two. Basically, the mvp means shit if you only have 3 playoff wins on your resume.

Given the Ravens expectations year after year and how great Lamar is, you don’t think once is a disappointment? Maybe you’re assuming the wrong person is a casual? And to the last point, preach….

Don’t really care about one game 🤷♂️. Team finished 13-3 essentially, won the division on 12/1, and advanced to the conference championship game in a “reset” season. Lamar has 2 MVP awards. It’s time to start worrying more about advancing past the divisional round than a regular season award. ✌🏻

How about losing games to the Browns & Raiders though?

Something I never thought I’d ever say, but once this season is over I’d be fascinated to see if kickers league wide were struggling and why, or if it was just big name kickers struggling that made it feel like more of an issue than it really is.

Yeah, that was probably more the ignorant national media than the team. The organization and the fanbase that actually took the time to watch his every snap saw this potential in him. The media narrative is a large part of why Bills Mafia is a thing. Happens to Bills players too damn often.

They play golf together or something?

I’ve wanted a Super Bowl win since I fell in love with the Bills at 9yrs old. I’m close to 45 now. Give me the Lombardi. It’s something money cannot buy and no one can actually give to me.

The Bills are also down almost their entire secondary. That’s football.

The defense not being able to get off the field and the blocked punt were much, much bigger issues than the end of game clock management. We also can’t gloss over going 3 and out on each middle 8 possession. That’s right up there with the 1st two issues.

It’d be great for him and he deserves it, but I feel like the only MVP that matters anymore is the one that’s awarded when the confetti falls.

Honestly? Given how McDermott and his staff have handled the secondary as a whole since his hire I think he’s earned enough trust with that group to do what he thinks is best, whether it’s him starting or just being on the psquad.

Is this coming @joebuscaglia.bsky.social’s article from the Athletic yesterday or is there also chatter outside of that?

If you look at the bottom of the screen you can see that there were two flags thrown. Both likely had different calls and decided on one after discussion. Regardless, the Raiders blew that, not the officials.

Do we see more Alec Anderson than usual today?

I was just telling my 11yr old son how I would never take this for granted after what we went through for 17 years during the drought. Yes, the divisional round exit in the playoffs every year is frustrating but man is it nice for THAT to be the frustration now.
