413 - Credence Clearwater Revival - Cosmo's Factory Hell yeah this is the good stuff. Great cover of Heard it Through the Grapevine
comment in response to post
414 - Chic - Risque Classic disco goodness, which comes with the the disco badness - long repetitions. Warm Summer Night drags as a result, but the rest is a bop for sure. Also, did not know this was Niles Rodgers

AMENDMENT - I done fucked up again Actual 418 - Dire Straits - Brothers in Arms Wonderful album. probably forgot to comment because it's in my usual playlist (my phone SD card which has all my music uploaded from 2010 and barely updated since) Meters should have been 415. Please forgive me, Meters

416 - The Meters - Look-Ka Py Py Music to heist to. Really good, but it did send me back to the mid 2000s when I recognised a sample from the seminal 1 Thing by Amerie

417 - The Roots - Things Fall Apart Pretty good, but each song feels like 3 different songs mashed into one - constantly changing up makes me not remember them because I'm a stupid baby. Adrenaline is now on my gymming playlist

418 - Ornette Coleman - The Shape of Jazz to Come

419 - Eric Church - Chief Country music generally falls into 4 sub genres for me. Moody country, the type i've chosen for my gritty detective series opening. Then there's bland country, party country and Jesus country. This album is a horrible amalgam of the last 3. Awful stuff.

You're good people Rob, the best people even

420 - Earth Wind & Fire - Thats The Way of the World Much better, but also much shorter. Wanted much more of this one

421 - MIA - Arular I was biased against this album because of what MIA being a horrible person and I am glad to see my prejudices were warranted

At least 90% of the things I come across in my day to day life is not butter so why even entertain the fact it could be butter

422 - Marvin Gaye - Let's Get It On I thought this might have blown the load early starting with Let's Get It On - where could you go from there? Turns out there's a follow up song, Keep Gettin It On, midway through the album. It does continue to get it on too.

God damn it I fucked up the numbering. Yo La Tango is 423. Need to restart the whole list now.

424 - Yo La Tango - I Can Hear The Heart Beating As One Vaguely know about this band from somewhere. This album is the type of thing I was hoping I'd come across doing this, absolutely wonderful stuff.

425 - Beck - Odelay Already loved this, so a good easy listen. Lord Only Knows is still the best song on it
comment in response to post
425 - Paul Simon - Paul Simon Pretty good album overall! Not a big fan of Paranoia Blues though, kind of dragged for me
comment in response to post
426 - Lucinda Williams - Lucinda Williams Lurleen Lumpkin ass album. Not my taste, but Crescent City was good at least
comment in response to post
427 - Al Green - Call Me No notes needed, a great album
comment in response to post
428 - Husker Du - New Day Rising The fuck was that. The best I can give it is that it sounds like music from THPS or in the background of Jackass
comment in response to post
429 -The Four Tops - Reach Out Great album, but is there a word where the cover of a song is so ubiquitous it supplants the original because getting hit by one of the Shrek songs made me start thinking. Like King Harvest and Toploader
comment in response to post
430 - Bad Bunny - Un Verano Sin Ti. I wasn't feeling this at first, but around the halfway point some good stuff started happening and one of the songs sounded like a Payday 2 assault which was cool
comment in response to post
431 - Los Lobos - How Will The Wolf Survive. A lot more accordian than I was expecting out of this, but overall a nice easy listen, I liked it

Brat is beyond numbering

We did miss out, more nachos for yous though

Yep, still a good album except for the actual song Sound of Silver. All My Friends best song. 432 while I'm travelling to fam today, Usher - Confession. Which I've already listened to so sneaking this one in. Except for the big hits (YEAYUH Ush ush ush), kind of boring
comment in response to post
I hope they keep THE MAGNIFICENT SINCLAIR as a mannequin
comment in response to post
Turns out I had heard the occassional song by them, and they were good! Type of thing I would have been all over as a teenager. Next up another album I already love, except for 1 song: LCD Soundsystem - Sound of Silver

Some good songs, but for the most part pretty boring. 434, Pavement - Crooked Rain Crooked Rain. I think I've heard them before, let's find out
comment in response to post
Need to figure out if I'm going to go artist name - band name or the other way around for logging these
comment in response to post
2Pac done now, that was a pretty good but a little too long. 435 now, Pet Shop Boys - Actually. I've never really listened to them, but the songs I have heard have been boring but ok, so let's have a proper go
comment in response to post
Yeah that's why I stopped for a long time, I burned out by not skipping albums I wasn't enjoying. Skip away!

The only thing worse than a funko, ai generated funko

Wait 437, 436 is now - 2Pac, All Eyez On Me. So far, really good, but 2 Of Amerikaz Most Wanted sounded like it could have the Goosebumps piano in and it distracted me
comment in response to post
Yep still holds up, even enjoyed All Alone more than I remember, as the lowest point of it all. I remember a lot of the songs fading into each other which I guess spotify doesn't allow for anymore. Should be higher than 436 imo
comment in response to post
Post album reviews too! I didn't and have now forgot nearly all of what I listened to

But next up is one of my favourite albums, Gorillaz - Demon Days. In conclusion, Damon Albarn is a land of contrasts
