Not “just”, as that in itself would be an onerous requirement, but people don’t have an option to update their birth certificate, it’s only one of the various forms of documentation used to establish your identity for different purposes

I am tired of seeing this framed as women who changed their name due to marriage not having a birth certificate that matches their current name…people do not change their name on their birth certificate when they marry, it reflects their name at
birth, so does it just mean they will need a passport?

In Columbus OH we have lots of single family zoning and lots of hideous 5 over 1 apartment construction, my question is why the older styles of multi-family housing such as 6/12 unit buildings, row houses, and fourplexes are seemingly “illegal” to build, it’s not simply a matter of SF vs. multi-unit

Clintonville NIMBYism is brutal, the worst! Other places (Worthington, Arlington, etc.) seem to have somehow figured out ways to peacefully co-exist/live alongside development in ways never observed in Clintonville
