I know one thing: you can't tell me words don't matter. You can't tell me words aren't powerful, not in the midst of what is happening right now.

I chose a prime time to become a librarian...

This is a word of warning to all of us. Left, right, or anything else. Constantly reevaluating and learning.

Happy Black History Month to all my Black ass friends, especially the ones who write and read Black books about Black people.

Just a reminder! Get your library cards and build your personal libraries! 💙 #booksky #resist

Word of the day….

📚📚 An EASY and FREE thing you can do right now is get a library card!! 📚📚 THEY are coming for our libraries. Libraries are the foundation of community efforts and one of the last true places you can exist and gather without a fee. Simply USING the library helps and is so EASY AND FUN!

I’m constantly in panic mode but I must remember, panicking does nothing.

I'm doing it. I'm rewriting the second novel even though I haven't finished the first draft. This will draft 1.1 because writing wears me out.
