Tax cuts do not pay for themselves

They can't be serious here. The term "plan B" as a backup plan preceded the morning after pill by at least 50+ years. It's been used in sports my entire life.

Neither of last year's transfers was contributing much by the end of the year, 3rd and 4th guys off the bench. We didn't need any more because of the emergence of Jase and improvement from Carr. This year will probably hinge on further improvement from Fears and Carr. And maybe McCullough.

Agree, but spacing will be an issue when he's on the floor. So, my expectation of how well the offense runs with him are low.
comment in response to post
Based on the video of him out there I think he's capable of giving 8-10 minutes/game as a backup to Fears.

The service will be invite only so it could be a marketing/sales gimmick. They can just hire people to use it and then write glowing reviews.

Looks like someone was able to link Grok to a RAG database that contains fake information about "white genocide" in South Africa. So now every query gets appended with questions about "white genocide in South Africa".

Trump will probably place a tariff on papal blessings. Or deport all U.S. cardinals.
comment in response to post
Waiting for White House announcement that Trump actually won the papal election, but they stole it from him.

Exactly

he's playing 1 dimensional tic-tac-toe.

Sorry no. The NYTimes did not report accurately on Trump. You made excuses for him. You are part of the problem.
comment in response to post
Cancelled my subscription to the NYTimes due to the constant "sane washing" you guys did on Trump's speeches. Not going back, not helping you by sharing your articles.

Haller was not the problem with the FB program.

Paraphrasing the response from Trump. Hurricane, plague, locusts, it isn't my fault!!!!

Yep, Trump says they are negotiating with the Chinese. The spokesman for Xi says they are not. My guess is someone from Trump's team is sending phishing emails and texts to his counterpart on Xi's team.

Get some moron elected president. Oh wait, already been done. I'm out of ideas.

I'm confused by his actions. He said he imposed these tariffs to prevent fentanyl from coming to the U.S. So, when he drops the tariffs will the fentanyl flow resume? How is this a good outcome?
comment in response to post
The Fox News spin will be that everything is proceeding in accordance with Trump’s Master Plan. The end goal was always to walk away with nothing! Which he achieved brilliantly with his unique negotiating skills.

Chuck Schumer, you are not a wartime consigliere.

Not surprising as JD Vance has significant policy differences with God.

I thought we were going to land him last fall so we should be on his short list. He won't replace Jase's scoring but getting him solves a couple problems. He probably starts at the 2 and can backup Fears at PG.

I don't have a problem getting to the site.

Watched Forbes and Valentine destroy my son's school team. At the time, I could not understand why Forbes wasn't recruited by Izzo.

This will be an unpopular post. But, I think this means Izzo has settled on Kur Teng starting at the 2 next year. I looked at Fort's highlights on the 247 site. He doesn't appear to be better than Kur.

I can't think of a more effective way to kill it.
comment in response to post
Agree. This doesn't diminish his contributions for the last 3 seasons. College basketball is a job now and he has to look out for himself.
comment in response to post
My guess is they promised he will start at PG, and a lot of $$$.

As soon as we were out I was pulling for the Broncos.

After seeing Trump's reaction to the Treasuries selloff, central bankers around the world are going to think they can use it as a tool in future negotiations.

I haven't heard anything specifically, but maybe Kaleb Glenn.

NIL can't match NBA rookie pay scale. Minimum rookie contract for a 1st round pick is ~$5M for first 2 years, with 2 more optional years ~$4M each. Mid 1st round contract is ~ $8M for 2 years with 2 option years for $6M each. Jase is making the right financial decision.

Sorry no, Jace is going to be a lottery pick. He's gone.

There are 3 good combo guard fits in the portal. Hopefully Izzo can land one. A bunch of potential 4/5 rotation players still available. Convincing one of them to come off the bench is the issue there.
comment in response to post
You can have an agent now. He can come back if he's not drafted, this will not happen. He can also withdraw up until June 15th.
comment in response to post
Best fit is combo guard RJ Luis Jr. from St. John's. 18 PPG, 7 RPG and a very good defender. In the portal but probably entering the draft. Next is Ian Jackson from UNC. Had a good game against us. Then Robert Wright from Baylor.

Agree, basketball is all about matchups. We matchup well with Houston. Florida not as much but we could beat them. Duke would've blown out with their size.
comment in response to post
Houston coach Sampson got his start at MSU under Heathcote. Also has his Master's degree from MSU.
comment in response to post
Will still need 2 rotation players. A combo 3/4 to back up Kohler and Carr. A combo guard behind Fears and Richardson.
comment in response to post
The root problem is that international business in this world is conducted in dollars. Countries acquire dollars by running trade surpluses with us. Their economies are expanding so they always need more dollars. Tariffs will not change this dynamic.
comment in response to post
I don't read too much into this. These people are only opposed to the Trump administration on the issues of social security and medicare cuts. They might also break with Trump on tariffs as their retirement balances drop, but I doubt it. On every other issue they'll fall right into line with Trump.
comment in response to post
The biggest negative for Jase is his height. He's probably not going to grow any taller next year. As a mid-first rounder right now, he should go to the NBA.
comment in response to post
He was a 16 year old kid who listened to the adults he trusted. Cut him some slack folks.

So much winning.....
comment in response to post
Symbolic gesture by Grassley so he can claim he opposed Trump on occasion. On any vote that matters he'll fall in line with Trump even when he knows it's wrong.

Not a new phenomenon. It's why we have a "block" feature on this app.

Standard operating procedure for NCAA. Let certain teams slide while crushing everyone else. Terrible organization.
