That cop wasnt attempting to arrest her. He was illegally trying to remove her from the meeting, and even stated he wasnt acting in his official capacity.
Not to mention, cops only have the right to go hands on if they have probable cause or their is iminent danger

I have been working on some stainless parts in my shop lately that need to be sanded and prepped for a coating, and yeah it is quite a lot of work getting the right surface finish. Rushing production and using cheaper epoxies could very easily be the explanation here
