I saw a video, they took a puppy, put it in a dry tub, gave it treats, after a few times, turned on the water, gave the puppy treats, turned on the water and filled the tub a little, gave years, after a while, wet the puppy, gave it treats, until eventually the puppy loved a bath. It was cool.

Indeed, it's real-real. At my age (almost 60), you start to lose your muscle mass as well, so that's no fun.

I know when I consume 800-1200 a day I lose weight and or stay stable, but it's hard, oh so hard. 😢
