The truth is slowly dribbling out. Thank god we seem to be slowly emerging from the backwaters.

Are you softening the troops up for him to be higher on the top 100 list than others may have him?

I had had Misiti in this spot and Boris at 15

Why EFC is playing a practice match🧐
comment in response to

Great player, he never got dirty coz he always kept his feet, was probably the calmest player under pressure that I can remember at EFC. The ball seemed to follow him and can recall Sheedy saying “he would get a kick sitting on a dunny!”

Thanks Charlie for all your photos across the pre season their great for those of us who live interstates or in the regional areas. Cheers

Mines from the same draft as yours Zach Reid. Into his 4th preseason but has only played 9 games 3 of which he couldn’t complete due to injury. Track watches all say he’s potentially a great player and has all the attributes but I just haven’t seen it yet🤷🏻♂️

What’s going on with Parish? By reports he hasn’t trained with the main group this pre season but he doesn’t appear on the clubs injury list??
comment in response to

What’s wrong with Parish, he’s not on the injury list but seems he hasn’t done much all preseason?

Yep agree, redline them….its professional footy

If you are pushing them hard you will lose a soldier from time to time. It doesn’t appear to be serious albeit his history of soft tissue injuries isn’t great!

Trumps the result it’s the vast majority of the American people the ones who voted for him who have those qualities in their character!

It’s going to be fascinating what they do, they can’t play Draper, Bryan and Wright all in the same team. The one they chose not to play basically walks at years end for little value or compensation!

He’s a serious player and he’s from Cobden, expect nothing else😜

I don’t disagree with the numbers my mind goes to why. IMO it’s multifactorial driven by CA decisions. Spicy wickets, new Kookaburra ball (extra lacker and higher string), player selection etc
comment in response to
post
But I don’t think we have seen 5 spicy wickets like that in Australia for a 5 test series ever. Lyon hardly bowled 🤷🏻♂️

I disagree this time, I actually like the intent. It will rain but you should always risk defeat to give yourself the chance of victory.

I’m likewise sceptical! But what I do know tho, is being an afl club director brings lots of commercial connection & networking opportunities to someone trying to build and grow a new business.
comment in response to
post
He should never have played given his injury history, age especially given Marsh isn’t fit enough to bowl more than a couple of overs an innings. Puts huge unnecessary pressure on Cummins and Starc with back to back tests to come😡

Neither Solly or Weston live in Vic! Being an AFL club director is an excellent opportunity for business networking and development!

…and I love the multicultural build of our list it will be so important for our team and our club to look like how Australia actually looks

A very late nomination that appears odd at best and naive, simplistic and shallow at its core. 🤷🏻♂️

Flip of a coin on Draper or Bryan!

Simply we don’t need any more change.
It’s just odd and bizarre and I suspect some form of ulterior motive!
My votes with DB

Yes it’s all a bit odd! The strategy to me is clear and sensible going forward under DB. I won’t be changing my vote..

To me there similar players key backs. Hoare’s real strength would be his intercept marking and one on one contest. He’s probably not as good a kick as Baldwin but from what I’ve seen he’s not a bad kick. And he plays week in and week out!
