The two are not mutually exclusive. Hitler was inspired by American treatment of Blacks. He modeled his laws against Jewish people on the Jim Crow laws. One could argue that the American history of slavery and racism is a Holocaust origin story.

American food is low quality garbage. Canadian and European food is superior, even the chocolate and junk food. We import the cheapest stuff available. The good imported foods are not available in our grocery stores, only specialty stores $$

We already have to helicopter people to the “big” cities in Maine. Aroostook (geographically largest county east of Texas) and Washington counties don’t have cardiac surgeons, so pacemaker maintenance, stents all go hundreds of miles to a hospital that’s almost bankrupt.
