Leger Marketing polls this morning puting the Liberals Mark Carney way ahead of the Bloc and Conservatives in Quebec making it the third region with seats to put Liberals in a sizeable lead even Atlantic,Ontario and Quebec and showing serious progress in BC where they are second and climbing fast.
