Thank you! The maiden's music is a rearrangement of She Moved Through The Fair. I adore Anne Briggs version of the song, check it out if you haven't heard it!

Thanks for checking it out!

Could you attach an invisible object to a socket on the bone and check that during an anim notify event?

Also not a perfect solution but you can buy a permanent licence for SD and SP on Steam and then just not upgrade.

The stuff you had to drink is brutal too tho. Tastes not too bad on the first glass but by the 8th is foul and it made me so dizzy and sick feeling I almost passed out. Real "I guess this is the end then" vibes.

Absolutely, I think that's what gives his work that dream like quality.

And the same to you Hans! So excited to work together.

Haha, hadn't even considered what that might look like until you mentioned it!

Essentially it is to split the left and right. Each ear has a mic that captures what each would hear so when you listen back on headphones it's a near perfect capture of the direction and distance of sound. I'm making a horror game so subtle breathing on the back of your neck is very convincing.

I have the code ready in the game to be able to add other languages but unfortunately it didn't make enough yet to afford localisation. Hopefully sometime in the future it might!

For me it picked the meter reading in my cupboard photo, which was also taken in January instead of December. Fine work google.

I would love for someone to make a combatless soulslike! I've struggled through enough Fromsoft games to the point that I can typically beat them now but I would much rather focus on the atmosphere and the sense of discovery in the world.

How strange! They must have broken something with SSS profiles in 5.5. Glad to hear the standard SSS works tho. No worries at all, it's always a crazy time of the year. Best of luck with your project and let me know if you run into any other issues!

Remember - AI cover means the contents are low effort trash too.

Very kind of you to say, thanks for playing!

It's a tough one, because I think I'm similar to you and enjoyed shooting big and failing when I was starting, then trying again. I agree if they want it enough they will stick with it. The majority of people I know are not like that so I generally think it's safer advice to get them start smaller.

I like the sentiment but the first one is pretty useful for beginners. I've seen people bounce off art because they wanted to do something too complicated and just said "I don't have the talent" and refuse to try again. Same in game dev people trying to make their dream game, struggle and give up.

That looks like a gpu overheating /failing

If not then email me with a screenshot at [email protected] and I can look into it further.

That's quite a strange sounding issue with textures at certain angles! My first guess is it caused by the subsurface profile, which can have some strange effects in certain light conditions. Try setting the master material to either the standard SSS method or no SSS and see if that fixes the issue.

Hey, sorry to hear you're having issues with it. Someone reported it for gore on fab and the maturity settings are currently broken on fab so I'm waiting for epic to fix it before I can list again. cont.

Nice work! Reminds me of this painting by Ken Currie.

Absolutely incredible on the big screen! But I might be slightly biased as it's always fighting for my movie top spot with Alien and Videodrome.

Thanks for the shout out Croom! I'd love to be added as well if there's still space.

Haha, that was my girlfriend yesterday! She jumped so much at the blood test scene and her jaw hit the floor when the dog started changing. XD

I've always thought it was too early for ray tracing. But it's the holy grail for environment artists since we don't have to spend hours baking lights again with every little change. That being said most games give you the option to turn it off and people don't and then complain about performance.

Jealous! I was so disappointed there were no screenings for the anniversary near me, would have been incredible to see on Halloween! It's beautiful on the big screen.
