I agree this line is fabulous in a movie which is perfect in every way.
Not the greatest line IMO for 2 reasons.
1. It is right at the end of the movie and means it's finished. Finishing this movie is always sad.
2. The greatest line is "Light the lamp not the rat, light the lamp not the rat.

Solving this problem is a decades long issue. Education and tackling poverty is the most important part. Child and youth services. Positive outcomes that youngsters can see and believe in. Get these right and more prison places will not be required.

I consider myself to be to the left politically. I agree with you we should definitely be helping vulnerable people. I don't have a problem with it being means tested, it is important that those who need it are helped to ensure they claim properly.
