This is a bluebuck - the first African mammal to be recorded as going extinct in modern times, pushed over the edge by hunting in around 1800. Because this pre-dates the boom in collecting for #museums, very few specimens exist today. This one at @mnhn.fr is one of just four #taxidermy bluebucks.
