We were always broken, just the extra broken ones feel emboldened to say stupid/nasty shit more than ever now it seems.

I found it good, I thought it really showed how obiwan was broken and suffering ptsd from all that had happened.
The scene with vader and obiwan with the fire effectively showed how vader also suffered mentally from being burned alive on mustafar by his inability to deal with the fire

I really only read non-mainstream authors, I get (almost) everything from smashwords, so ebooks.
I also try to only read series with minimum 3 books, normally 5
