What if we took money from rich people and invested it back into research and infrastructure and our companies to compete with China instead of slashing taxes and cutting funding. That would be crazy right

Because he’s an evil fucking twat with a faceful of bronzer saying whatever it takes to get what he wants, which is dead kids. There’s nothing greater, no higher purpose. He thinks your families are disposable or work fodder to secure the lives the elite are used to. That’s it.

They really need to stop saying just "HHS" and make it clear it's "Trump's HHS", "RFK Jr.'s HHS" or "the Republican-controlled HHS", like one would do when discussing their autism and/or anti-vaccine proposals. Saying "HHS" alone gives them an undeserved veneer of respectability.

"Judging by the evidence, it might appear that people who transition are happier, but what's important is that we don't want them to be."

Same on the medical side, which is why I basically just went with a premade camping medical kit then customized by adding like, my allergy meds, more of my preferred painkillers, etc. A bottle of antibiotics isn't a terrible thing to add in either, if you have one. Flexoline is a good call too.

Last thing: video of interior of house for insurance purposes in aftermath, plus list of irreplaceable things to grab if you have: 5 minutes, 1 hour, or 1 day to prepare. But again: I'm not an expert. I'm just an indoor cat doing their best to make sure I'm good to go.

More misc - deck of cards, pocket-sized survival info guide (lol); map, compass, hat for shade, handwarmers. I also have a guide to edible plants in there that's probably a silly addition. =P

Medical - basic first aid kit plus any commonly used meds for you specifically; prescriptions if you can figure out how; if planning for violence, tourniquet/bleed stop supplies Misc - Duct tape, plastic tubing, knife, ziploc bags, little clips, cash, backup credit card, backup docs on encrypted drv

Shelter - emergency blanket, tarp, compact sleeping bag Food - Basic supply of dense high calorie stuff to get through; if planning for extended, camping pots and stove and fuel source; small salt and pepper! Comms - radio (my crank flashlight is a combo radio); backup cell can be good; chargers

Follow principles of data backup; multiple discrete sources. Light - handcrank flashlight, battery glowstick, chem glowstick Fire - waterproof matches, stick lighter, flint firestarter Water - Bottled water, canteen, purification tablets or lifestraw (I have the latter for ease of use)

Sure! I'm not an expert, so your mileage may vary, and I'd recommend customizing for the area/the specific concerns you have. For me, for example, mine is based around either extended natural disaster or needing to travel to somewhere safer on foot. Recommendations to follow.

Also, it's incredibly frustrating to not be able to set aside an emergency cache of medications because of how prescribing and insurance works. Every recommendation out there says "set aside 30 days for emergencies! :)" and meanwhile our system says "if you want extra meds you're a criminal!!! :("
